The weekend began with a discussion of the expectations and responsibilities of being a state officer. In addition, the group heard about FBLA-PBL's state and national history. Participants also learned about proper dinner etiquette and the attendees participated in an activity designed to help officers learn how to start a conversation with someone they are meeting for the first time.

The group had dinner at Pete's Place where they put their etiquette knowledge to the test! Joining the group were area politicians who gave talks about leadership. State Representative Joe Dorman, D-Rush Springs, educated the team about Parliamentary Procedure.
On Saturday, the team participated in team building and communication exercises, and worked on the state Plan of Action.
